1. Insert stays if desired. Place the longest stay in the centre slot and the two shorter stays on either side, with the raised side facing outward.
2. Align the centre of the back of the band with your spine, ensuring the widest section sits directly along the spine.
3. Wrap the upper straps around the top of the abdomen and secure at the front to support the upper belly.
4. Wrap the lower straps around the bottom of the abdomen and secure at the front. To remove, gently pull to release.

The band may shift slightly during wear. Reposition as needed and ensure stays are securely inserted.

Please Note: Consult your physician before use. Wear time may vary by individual. Wearing the band over clothing is recommended to reduce chafing. Not intended for waist training.

Remove support stays before cleaning. Hand wash in warm water (below 30°C) and rinse thoroughly. Lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
