Delivery

Haakaa delivers across New Zealand via courier. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you've made payment. 

Please allow:
1 - 2 working days for Auckland deliveries 
1 - 2 working days for North Island deliveries 
2 - 3 working days for South Island deliveries
1 day after dispatch for Australia DHL next-day deliveries

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries and mention your RD number when placing your order.

Note: Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period, so please allow a few extra working days for delivery. Courier delays are out of Haakaa's control.

For NZ orders:

We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. (This excludes the Chatham Islands & Stewart Island - please contact us for freight options.)

$5.00 Courier Delivery New Zealand-wide
$10.00 Courier Delivery Rural New Zealand-wide.
Free shipping on NZ orders over $80.

For AU orders:
Economy: $12.00 shipping fee for orders under $99. FREE economy shipping on orders over $99.
Express: Fee is weight-based/volume weight-based and applies to any order value. 
Please note: Free shipping applies to orders made online at www.haakaa.co.nz shipped to New Zealand and Australia ONLY. This offer is not available at physical stores or for customers outside of New Zealand or Australia. Additional costs for oversized items may apply.

Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch after you have placed your order. We will advise you in the event that your order is delayed. Rural addresses may have longer delivery times. All orders are tracked, but we accept no liability for orders lost in transit.
